Bibliographies: A bibliography is a list of published documents "The Bibliographie du Québec lists all documents published in Québec during the current year and the previous year, and acquired by legal deposit or purchased. Included are documents published abroad but related to Québec by author or subject. Published every month on paper from 1968 to 2002, the Bibliographie du Québec now appears in an electronic version. Since January 2003, all issues and the annual consolidations have been accessible free of charge." (Bibliotheques et Archives Nationales du Québec) "Since 1950 Canadiana lists and describes a wide variety of publications produced in Canada, or published elsewhere but of special interest or significance to Canada. These include books, periodicals, sound recordings, microforms, music scores, pamphlets, government documents, theses, educational kits, video recordings and electronic documents." (Library and Archives Canada)
Catalogues: A catalogue counts all acquired documents by a library. It's a search tool for finding information about the documents and their localisation.
